    Lovebugs are in fact not a May fly. They are a kind of March fly. The interesting thing about it is that they swarm in April and September. Seems like someone needs a new calendar. Maybe they're still using the Julian calendar.

    Im with ya Mike. Snakes are not something i like at all. Ive had friends that had them as pets. If it was out of its cage i didnt go inside.

    I have always found perplexing people who are afraid of snakes. A human is exponentially larger than most snakes AND they have no arms or legs. They are basically defenseless. What is there to be afraid of?

    There is that. Thing is a virus' small size helps it to hurt us. Unless it is venomous a snake has no way to hurt a human with very few exceptions. Even then they don't.prey on humans and only use their venom as a defensive mechanism. Even the large constricting snakes normally have very little interest in humans and unless they are extremely large pose little threat.
    My grandfather used to say, "A snake won't hurt you but he'll make you hurt yourself." Fear of snakes is just irrational.
