I'm no fisherman by any means, I've trout fished and catfish along with fishing for salmon off of Seku in the Pacific Ocean but never for anything like a crappie (which I'm presuming is a relative to what's in Mike's bucket as they look very similar) but my uncle fished for crappie and after gutting he smoked cooked them whole. For the life of me I can't recall much about how they tasted or if you battled bones etc. Originally Posted by 32t

They might think that crappies and sunfish are trash fish out there.
Here Our Crappie limit is 10 in possession.
