I hate Detroit, whole place stinks of factories and burned down crack houses.

Grew up about 200 miles north of there.
On a farm.
On a dirt road.
8 miles from a town of 300 people. (500 on the weekend)
Which was 6 miles from a town of 1000.
Which was 14 miles from a town of 4500 people.
Which was where I went to school.

Spent some time downstate with my cousins but never liked it.
The city smells bad, is noisy, and it never gets dark so you can't see the stars.

How the hell can you find your way around without stars?
