Also there are real tragedies - on occasion - resulting in complete obliteration of the penis. This has occured using the electric tool as well as knives. Pretty tough accident if it happened to your son.
I understand the electric zapper mistakes are especially tragic because there can be nothing left to repair in some of the worst mishaps.
On that happy note, I am extra pleased to be fully intact (less the foreskin) and not the victim of a horrible mistake.
