Its all a moot point. If this country would elect Obama we have more problems than we realize. I personally dont see any chance of it.

Wright is a racist jerk, simple as that. That's nothing new. But now he is a racist jerk with media coverage, and so Obama, being the wily politician that he is, is running away from him as fast as he can.

MLK is spinning in his grave. Cosby got it right with the pound cake speech. Mike was spot on when he characterized this kind of grandstanding as no better than a similar kind of behavior from a couple of good 'ole boys in sheets.

Wright, apparently, is operating under the assumption that getting even will end the cycle, but in reality, nothing could be further from the truth. Wright can bitterly complain, "oh, but my parents were hassled back in the 60s by white folks because they were black, so I need to hassle white folks now to get even." Brilliant. Now does that mean when the current generation of white children grows up, they will be able to claim the same right and keep the hatred going?

Honestly, this guy, and everyone else like him, make me ashamed to be human.
