Awww Ockham. I've told you before but will say it again, if you can get over for the UK Meet you are more than welcome. The offer of adoption also still stands.
Sir Sidney it was a great afternoon and I'm so pleased you didn't get it in the neck from SWIMBO for being over an hour late back. I'm sorry I wasn't better company and I swear I will be more glammed up for the meet in September.

Met a bunch of nice folks!
At the South East meetup in North Carolina. Lynn, gssixgun, dwessell, coully, doc where all there making it seem like an all star SRP get together! What a great time. I also host a monthly gathering in the Atlanta area but ironically, no SRP members have attended it! It's all been straight users from other forums. Great bunch of folks here though!

I haven't yet, but there are many here who I would like to meet in person. Too bad there aren't that many folks in horrible horrible central missouri.

Me too! It was a pleasure meeting everyone at that event. I have also met freebird and str8razor locally. They are both interesting fellows who I hope to see again soon.
I voted the first option even though I can't say I really know anyone all that well I have certainly enjoyed the occasions!Find me on SRP's official chat in ##srp on Freenode. Link is at top of SRP's homepage

I met a couple of SRPers on occasion. I've never attended any meetings. Partly because I am so far away from most SRPers, and partly because I am not a person who normally attends organized gatherings.
Too bad that the distance is so long and the travel is such a hassle, or I would have visited a number of SRPers by now.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 0Well, I am one of the other Belgian guys who has joined the last two meetings organized by Bart and his 2 non-SRP friends . It is a lot of fun, and for me it sure is educational (Bart knows a lot about honing).
Like one of the guys said during the last meeting: "It is almost like we are working in a factory, with four guys honing razors next to each other"
A great experience!

The European SRP members have a harder time to get together. Except maybe in the UK, Belgium and Netherlands where there are lots of members there.
This month, however, me and fpessanha - my fellow Portuguese SRP member who lives at about 100 kms from my home - are going to do our own SRP Portuguese get together.
I did met a forum member, but from B&B, not SRP.
