We're at $1.62 here in Stillwater. We usually follow the lows in the city by about a week or so, so here's hoping.

Sorry syslight. What can I say, we like to drive here and we're not too worried about the environment

I hate that saying. We are absolutely lousy with mottos and sayings here. A recent one I saw for OSU was "Oklahoma State- the State's University!" You know some deep thinkers are employed in marketing

Really? I'm lucky to get 20 mpg out of my 2001 Mustang GT 4.6L

i know that's why i'm so happy it's bone stock minus the coil, wires, and plugs (and the 27-30 is strictly highway and the 23 city is shifting at about 1.5k with VERY smooth acceleration)

I get 45 MPG in my car and both my motorcycles and I pass Mustang GTs like they are sitting still. Now that gas has gotten cheaper they should let loose soon!

The under $2 per gallon gas is much easier on the wallet, but I am too paranoid to believe it won't shoot way up again soon.

I feel the same way now that I know how much it can rise and how quickly.

Also, I can get 30 mpg in my nissan truck if I try really hard and 27 without even thinking about it. Thats a mix of city and highway driving back and forth to work.

Ohh I see. I live in the rolling hills and winding roads of Eastern Kentucky and find it hard to not push my car, it's such a blast. But I had to put her up for the winter, so it's back to the Ford Ranger for a few months...at least it gets better mpg.
