I have thought it over and have come to my decision.

    It wouldn't help.

I guess if my casket is open at the wake I will probably be wearing some makeup but I won't likely give a crap one way or the other.

As for this makeup business, I suppose I wouldn't mind it if I couldn't tell someone had it on. The one bit of makeup that really bugs me is mascara and eyeliner. As a man, that's just ridiculous. You had better be a rockstar about to go on stage.

I will, occasionally, use stick concealer. I already look like I'm about 16, and will sometimes have a slight acne breakout. Bright red zits knock me down to about 12

I gotta say, in some ways I admire guys who can wear eye liner. I'm a pretty self confident person in a lot of ways, over confident in a lot of ways, but I just don't have the kind of confidence that would allow me to wear obvious make up, or do anything majorly out of the ordinary with my appearance at all really.

It's silly, really, I should develop that with in my self.

There are many reasons to be glad to be a man. One of them is that you don't have to wear makeup, no matter how rough you look.

Why would we want to change that? I say don't do it! We got it good, don't rock the boat.

Try wearing a pair of cheap sunglasses a la ZZ Top and some chaps whilst riding a motorcycle. Yeah, I do it

I'm not sure if it's like this for mascara wearers, but the upside is that people generally treat you nicer.

ok I don't wear makeup BUT, since i'm new to DE and straight shaving, I've caught myself spending ALOT of freaking time trying to research and find the best soap, etc etc etc to make my face so pretty.

NOt really that much of a diffrence in the two if you really get down to the deep core of it. It's just not socially accepted here....yet.

Have you ever seen a beautiful model without their full shabang of makeup on? now Image if you are a ginger man, and you could conceal all those freckles with some consealer. Now think about conan o brien without his makeup on. When you see him on tv you assume he's got makup on, but you can't really tell, just looks like a normal dude. But I bet without that makup he wouldn't look like a guy you'd want on tv.

My best friend in gradeschool was darker complected and had that **** michel jackson said he had just on his eyelids. I'm not sure why his family was so dark, but his skin was like an 6 in darkness and his eyelids a 1. So he started putting makeup over it. gave him a lot of lost confidence, and looked like he didn't look weird at all.

So I say to each his own. But I can't beieve your gay, nongay friend would admit to wearing it.
