oh HELL no. bullets usually bounce off concrete, and will enough force to still be lethal. he did the wrong thing. if he wasn't firing INTO a person, he shouldn't have been firing.

I agree, the redhead looked potentially hot. and if a real redhead, wowee!

I seem to remember the no bar rule, or was it no drinking? I think it was no drinking but only locations restricted were government, school and airport. but I let mine expire a few years back and have neglected renewing it. not that big a hassle, just haven't taken the time.

who knows the whole story, maybe having the gun kept a guy from getting stabbed. the warning shot sure got somebodies attention, but I agree not a good idea at the ground. and always remember what the tueller drill shows, within 21ft. an attacker with a knife is extemely dangerous.

varies from state to state. here in TX a bar is defined by certain rules and has to have a state-mandated sign (colloquially, the 51% sign) on the door labeling it as a bar. restaraunt that serves alcohol != a bar in TX. also, no drinking when carrying.

A fired shot into the ground can bounce anywhere. Bad news for some innocent bystander. But thankfully that didn't happen. This guy is a retard, goes to a ****ing bar with a loaded weapon in his pocket, gets into a fight ( most likely because he has a gun), and then draws it on a guy but shoots the ground instead. This guy is a real stunad. The state will probably take his CWP away, and rightfully so.

crap I watched the entire thing and forgot to look for the chic

    that looks like work

can't say I'm real impressed with the guy screaming " SHOOT UM !!"
if that was my friend I would have repaid him with a sever beatdown later

one thing I'll say is that the warning shot (stupid) definitely changes the situation

I try not to actually point the weapon at a person because that can encourage people to start taunting you to shoot them (idiots)

while a warning shot may seem retarded, I've seen people who absolutely refuse to respect a weapon, even if it is clearly aimed at their center mass
it often takes them a few seconds to grasp the gravity of the situation
    drunk people even longer

in this case the ground still might be the better thing to shoot at
( I know, I know but sometimes you don't want to or can't shoot the person, maybe a crowd)
actually a crowd is a good example

all this being said I wouldn't take my gun into a bar
EVER EVER EVER not even the one I bounce in
    ESPECIALLY THAT ONE

    stupid stupid stupid

Was certainly hoping for a frontal shot but alas. Great body and good hair.

As to the gun thing which, coincidently, was also covered in the video clip. I can only really say that it seems like a reasonable thing not to carry a weapon when inebriated.

He clearly broke the law by carrying the weapon into a bar. That I agree with. I also agree that he did say back up several times before he fired the shot into the ground. Although I am not convinced that the shot was intentional.

I did like the divot in the ground afterward.

My point is that he did the right thing by telling the guy to back up once he had drawn his weapon. Obviously the guy with the knife was too drunk or stupid to realize that the other guy had a gun so the guy with the gun gave him a wake up call.

I would have done the same thing without the warning shot and I would have never leveled the gun off at a target in suburbia with that many people around. That is just asking for the wrong person to get shot.

I have always been one that says the sight of a gun is a deterant and if it ain't then by all means ventilate the guy. The situation changes if I am with my family or my kids. I would level the gun and may shoot, but it would depend on what the guy with the knife did. I hope to never find myself in that situation.

BTW that neighborhood is small so if anyone wants to come out and look for the red head come on out, we are having great weather here now.
