Was the guy actually from the bar? They allude to it, but I never caught whether it was confirmed that the fighting parties had come from the bar.

I think there is a lot missing from this story that could sway people's opinions one way or another. There's no reference to what the fight was over, if it ever got physical, what role the people with weapons had, how it started/ended, timeline of who pulled what and when... too many variables. Why bother for a news channel to even run the story when they can't give this information? It just leaves people with the thought that guns are always bad.

ps That red head with the dog had a great ass
This is a classic example of what happens when you assume that the law you are familiar with applies elsewhere, it also assumes facts not in evidence.

There is no claim or any proof that he brought the gun into a bar, they are outside, on the street.

As far as I can tell, this is in Oregon (the television stations call sign begins with a K - West of the Mississippi and it also says Northwest News), I do not know what the CCW law there says about bars.

Which was probably the real agenda in the first place.

Actually, I believe the resturant must derive > 50% of its revenue from alcohol before it is classed as a bar, hence the 51% sign.
