Like I said though the problem in many cases isn't the congresman, its the fact that he has a 20 memebr staff most of whom haven't left Washington in decades. Or tthe fact that we have depatment whos whole job is to watchother departments and report to ta third. These parts of the government just plain don't need to exist.
