One of the biggest mysteries already mentioned was how could it go on for so long. Antioch said it was a good neighborhood for the most part. What was the dynamics of that neighborhood that allowed it to persist without question? I am not nosey and allow personal freedom to all within some basic rules, but if that was next to your house who could let it go on? What did they see? From arial views, it not like the neighbors were out of earshot.
