Well technically the next bubble (commercial real estate) just popped last week. That pop went largely unreported in the media, will probably make the real estate crisis look like a tempest in a teapot and will speed up the next bubble pop (the government obligations).
Eh, no worries, we'll just print more money. Oh ya we're already doing that.
