I was curious about the guy's references to the document, so I followed the links in the "more info" section of the Youtube page and looked at the document. Granted, I only gave it a quick look, but I don't see anything about the creation of a new, international government which will rule the world. I searched the document for "government" and read the sections everywhere the word appeared.
Maybe I'm missing something. Has anyone else read the document and found the same implications the speaker has?

The document is here: (by the way, the url makes me a little suspicuous, but I've not looked around their webpage, so I'm assuming it's legit + grain of salt for the moment)
http://www.globalclimatescam.com/doc...hagen-2009.pdf
If you look at the video on Youtube here:
(I tried to post the url but it keeps just inserting the video. click on the video while it's playing and it'll take you to the actual website)
and click more info, it cites sections of the text that the speaker is referring to.Last edited by holli4pirating; 10-18-2009 at 07:50 PM.

Holli4pirating,
Do you really think that they would use the term "world government" in the document?? Search for COP instead, for its authorities and powers over participating parties.

The man specifically said "world government" was used in the document. The document linked from "climatechangescam" is obviously heavily (and poorly) edited, so that I won't read it...bias is bias, and this site seems to be a bit heavy handed.

From the full text of the convention,
ARTICLE 25:
WITHDRAWAL 1. At any time after three years from the date on which the Convention has entered into force for a Party, that Party may withdraw from the Convention by giving written notification to the Depositary.
2. Any such withdrawal shall take effect upon expiry of one year from the date of receipt by the Depositary of the notification of withdrawal, or on such later date as may be specified in the notification of withdrawal.
3. Any Party that withdraws from the Convention shall be considered as also having withdrawn from any protocol to which it is a Party.
