I agree with you... That doesn't present a problem for me in the least, but the other stuff...

I don't think the nudity thing would bother me any more, not in the changing room anyway. It might tick me off a bit in a steam room, I just don't see the point to that one.

It's not the nudity that annoys me. I can understand a quick nudie run from the locker to the shower. I can understand an accidental towel drop. But this is a situation where the guy is nude because he obviously wants people to see that he is naked and what really concerns me is that if that is the case maybe he wants me to see him naked. Eeewwww.

I just got back from the gym, where I strolled casually from the shower naked as a Jaybird, I then grabbed dry towel, and wrapped it around my waist before commencing a nice shave.

I do have a few nude Gillette Mach 3 commandoes in the gym who shave au natural....I avert mine eyes.....

Obviously I haven't seen this guys body language but maybe he is just comfortable being naked and doesn't really care either way, maybe he enjoys going to the gym and letting it all hang out for a while before going out into the world and being expected to be clothed. Some people just like being naked.

It is funny how being nude seems to be considered a lot more od a big deal in the US than in Europe.
As long as it is not out in the gym it should be ok, steamrooms and saunas is def ok as long as you sit on a towel.
Spitting again and again in the shower is also disgusting.
Taking a dump in the shower is deeply disturbing, if I ever see anyone doing that I will push them down so they sit in their own mess.

You know, its funny what the difference is... I don't think I'm any more sensitive to nudity than a European, but I think Americans do a different kind of nude. It's like the homosexuality thing. You guys let it slide by, we make it a fight. We're aggressive about everything here- medical treatment, land expansion, oil drilling, saving seals...

The people who go around naked in gyms heren't aren't nonchalant about it like in Europe. They're strutting it. TRYING to show you they're naked.... if that makes sense.

hmmm... When I was playing college/minor league ball, I never noticed this type of behavior in the clubhouse (but as you can imagine there was a lot of nudity)

I don't think so. Many Americans are "puritans" and nudity offends them. Are they overcompensating something? I do not know, but I have a strong suspicion that the "purest" ones are the worst hypocrites, too.

You know, I just finished blowdrying my tesitcles after my naked shave, and I was thinking..."Hmmmm....taking this dump in the shower would be a lot easier on my legs if I had a seat!"

Whose brain would work like this?
