    PS
Faith is not blind it is Heart felt and informed.

Faith is the reality of what hoped for, the proof of what is unseen.

    Is love scientifically proveable?

If not, does that mean that it does not exist?

How can you prove that your girlfriend loves you? Or that your mother or father loves you?

Can you prove that you love the smell of Tabac?

A series of chemical/electrical reactions in the brain based upon presupposed attraction qualities, preferences, smells, looks, attitudes, etc.

EDIT: and for families, the relationship is instinctual, but not absolute. We call it love. And sometimes it doesn't work out between family members, just like in the wild, too.

It's just as provable as a bad dream via sleep test. And I imagine lying about being in love ought to be provable via polygraph, too (provided you aren't a secret agent trained in "beating the box").

In all seriousness, these are HUMAN reactions and HUMAN qualities, not supernatural. Faith is also a human reaction, but that does not mean it can't be misguided. People are wrong, inherently, more often than not. Especially when talking about emotionally charged topics.

I will be conducting polygraph tests in my household on a weekly basis forthwith!

I may also include electro-shock therapy to go along hand in hand to condition-response my subjects into making me the love of their lives!

Which people are wrong more often than not - the materialists, the supernaturalists, or those who don't know what they believe?

And if they're all wrong equally, who is right enough of the time to know that?

Okay but don't believe everything you read from that poly machine! You might have to hook yourself up to it as you interpret the results so that you guard against lying to yourself. I'm not sure how you'll check that, you might have to grab another one of those inherently wrong "people" to help out

Sneaky! You slipped that one in under the radar.

And that's the easiest one to prove... watch the smile creep across my face when I lather up.
