My dear Smokelaw1:
You speak poetry, and thanks for expressing my view of my two daughters, as well.
Regards,
Obie

Mine is the breast insignia of the US Navy Submarine Force, this insignia symbolizes the knowledge of working systems of the submarine and the trust my crew mates placed in my hands on the day they pinned it to my uniform.
In all my years of service there was never a higher honor bestowed on me than knowing my crew mates trusted me with their lives and welcomed me into the brotherhood.

Mine is basically a symbol of what I look/feel like in the morning and throughout the day until I get a beloved straight in my hand in the evening and "refresh" myself back to life

Thanked: 431My new Avatar is just a pic that I threw up there to throw some people off, the thing in the pic is a bad creepy scarry sumbitch seen around these part, some people speculate that he is some kind of missing-link-subhumanoid type of creature. If you are like most people, then I can pretty much guess your reaction, when people see it around here walking down the street or walk into a store or something it's almost like time stops and everyone takes a gasping breath, little loud unruly kids all of a sudden are virtually frozen in fear and terror wondering what it is and most break out in a spastic terrorized crying fit, and those are the ones who don't even know that it existed or have never seen it before, some like weak hearted women have shreeked out in terror saying "Dear God, what is that THING?!". Though I imagine that even a tough ol' hombre like yourself was even taken aback by it's hideousness, most people's blood just runs cold and they feel the chill come over them and the hair stands up on the back of their neck. He holds his socks up with thumbtacs. Most folks in these parts just refer to him as 'IT' or 'THE THING', and then we know exactly what they are talking about.
We were kind of kidding around on a thread here so I posted the picture of that shady looking character to throw anyone off of my trail, just to be friendly and play along, and I figured what the heck I'll use it for my Avatar too.
He does however bear a striking resemblance to my old dad and brothers, and me.
OH HECK! THAT IS ME! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh well, it probly ruins my image that I had with the old X-Files Cancer Man on there, so I guess that image is gone and now people will look at me differently. Ah well, I was gettin' kinda tired of seeing him anyway.
