My avatar is a picture of my head made to look like it's made of fire.

The image in my signature... Well, it's my username with an animated straight razor.

Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

my avatar is Dean Martin. nothing special except i loved to watch his show in my youth(great looking women dancers called the gold diggers) i think he is a great singer for his style of music and also thought he was really cool in the movies i watched.
a side note: i often change my avatar on a whim or for no reason at all.

    My avatar is super grover.

Long time ago, I asked in the mod place who of us had done a certain thing that day. Lynn said it wasn't him because his superpowers were failing him that day.

I quickly posted an image of supergrover making a crash landing (I think) and added the caption 'Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it is super Lynn!'

Right around that time I also changed to supermod and since I didn't have an avatar yet, I decided to make superG my alter ego. andother reason is that I wanted to show that I don't take myself that seriously and that I have a sense of humor.

My avatar title, Usagi Yojimbo, is Japanese and it literally means bodyguard rabbit but it also says samurai rabbit which is my preferred definition. It was a sixties cartoon in Japan. My mother is Japanese. My father used to call me Crusader Rabbit; a cartoon that was popular when he was a boy. Between what my father called me and my mother being Japanese I thought Usagi Yojimbo was a perfect fit.

That was too funny, poor ol' Mark takes more than his share of ribbings around here! God bless/help him.

I believe my avatar to be self explanatory.

Hello, Obie. Count on a writer to post such a thoughtful and revealing question.

I'll bite. Though I suspect mine is more less fun than most.

My avatar is pretty much what it says it is.

I am precisely what most people think of when they think of a creative writer. I'm passionate, colorful, and sometimes, a little on the crazy side.

The past year or so of my life has largely focused on trying to have a more healthful mind, and get myself where I want to be in life, both externally and psychologically.

I attempt to make light of madness with a cutesy avatar featuring a well-loved children's book character. It makes it seem less scary - more tangible. I do this a lot in my life recently.

But it seems to be working. Here's to health.

    Love,
    Cassie
