It declined a percent from Dec. '09 to June '10. That's would be global scientist change. Based upon my current projections scientists will be in utter disagreement by 2035.

Breaking News: 96 out of 100 HVAC technicians say there is something wrong with my furnace during routine maintenance. In a stunning turn of events, it turns out that they don't get paid if there is nothing wrong! Of the 4 technicians who said that nothing was wrong, 2 did not understand the question, 1 was busy scratching his ass with a pipe wrench and 1 kept repeating "I just deliver the mail, i don't know anything about your furnace!".

    Right. It started with this:

Then a few of us posted various sources of information which back our argument.

While we're still waiting for any evidence to support the original claim of lots of new data, you're just going to say "Ha! Those sources are made up!" in the interim?

    Fair enough.

The study basically says that almost all experts agree, and the few who disagree aren't really experts comparatively. Source, from the National Academy of Sciences:

Someone mentioned upthread that there was growing evidence against global warming. I'd sure love to see it.

OK, work with me here. Can anyone identify the anthropogenes who turned on the furnace which reversed the last ice age? And, where was that furnace located and how was it fueled? Apparently we got a lotta mens doing bad thiings over lotsa millenia. Seems that most of those anthropgenes are bad fitting at best. Hmmm?

Oh, and who started that last ice age?

I look at the global warming thing much like 10-15 years ago when all the "experts" were screaming about the hole in the ozone layer. Weren't we all supposed to be burned to a crisp by now? I do not believe it now, nor will anyone ever convince me differently.

The "burning" was not due to heat, but by solar radiation. (You can get a sunburn in cool temperatures.) The atmosphere, including the ozone layer, filters some of the harmful radiation.

The holes are over the poles. So unless you live in Antarctica you shouldn't worry.

Why do you not believe? You think all the climate scientists are wrong?
