Yes well, that one is racy enough to warrant a convertible top, but how about one built for comfort as well. Don't get me wrong. I like racy myself, but we have to cater for all tastes and budgets here. So maybe some cheaper models as well.

Well of course those Asian jobs are nice and if you want everything from sleek performance to sporty and fun, the British and German models are always classy and then there is the outdoorsy types which are comfy and classy and yet tough........we are talking bout vehicles right ?

    Cars?
I prefer older domestic model. It is maybe little out-of-date and even returning address isn't valid any more, but i've had it more than 20 years so maybe i couldn't live without, anymore.
Besides from my long experiences i know it so well that i know when there's any troubles to come so i have plenty of time to get prepared and do something about it.
I've sometimes thought if i could change this reliable classic for maybe two younger models but such deal would give me more troubles, i'm afraid.
With proper service, good care and maintain it will probably last longer than me. As said, little old-fashioned but so am i.

That's why I got rid of my last car. It was definitely the best car I've ever owned, a BMW Z4 3.0. Fast, good looking and great to drive.

But when the insurance was hiked to £1500 a year (from £600 the year before, for no reason as I'd not claimed), petrol prices rocketing so it was costing me £60+ to fill up and maintenance was a fortune (£250 per tire! ) I decided to let her go.

Fortunately SWMBO gets a car with her new job and her mum very kindly is letting us drive her car for the time being, so it's working out ok.

During the week it doesn't really matter as I can use the tube and buses, but if I want to get out of London at the weekend it's pretty much a necessity!

I spent few weeks in London with my wife some years ago. Tubes are something different! Do they still tell you to mind the gap?
