Nightblade, if your roof caves in, as the others have, and the landlord is not expeditious on correcting the problem, I would think there are city gov resources to light a fire under the LL's a$$. If your roof is leaking at all I would put rent in escrow until the situation is corrected and contact any authorities that deal with such atrocities as a landlord who won't attend to a leaking roof. As far as the violent neighbors go, man's first demonstration of brotherly love was Cain & Abel.

They do indeed! They also tell you which station you're at, where you're going next, to watch out for suspect packages and to take all your stuff with you when you get off.

well nighblade we all wish you the best and just remember things have to get better eventually, and hopefully one day you can make a visit back to your home town and enjoy the small things in life you loved so much.

I sure know im gonna miss this way of life once i sign my papers for the airforce im gonna have to get used to a faster pace of life, i just hope things dont change much when i return but you know the saying the only thing that stays the same is everythign changes.

It's not the neighbors that are violent.It's the son(Maint. guy)Of the lady who owns the Mgmt. Co. and as for withholding rent...Colorado law states that even if the unit is not livable ,if you are staying in it you still have to pay rent...SUCKS ! The rain is coming and I'm watching my roof with great nervousness. As for the fire lighting,the girl who has the caved in roof has the number to the Dept. of health.We figured since she has nothing to lose as far as retaliation,it would be better if she made the call.Again all of this really blows !!
