Good to hear you got the infection before it for really bad. Hopefully now it won't be as bad with the Humira. I've been on it for 9 months and, fingers crossed, I have yet to have any horrible infections.

glad all is well,prayers for you for sure.
talk to your Doc about the Humira,was some new info released a few mos back about possible complications of that drug,lethal complications maybe you already know about.

Went to my appointment today and everything is doing great. The fusion is taking as long as I stay on the humira. I just want to take the time to say thank you.. to everyone... I truly appreciate the support... It has been YEARS since I have been able to walk without a cane..

I just read through the entire thread and not only want to appologize for not seeing it sooner, but wish you a continous recovery. Sounds like you found the right Doc, after all that time. May God bless every coming day for you and keep you comforted through the good times and the tough. As I read through, I was so happy to hear of your progress and I want to say I've seen the effects of pain meds taking over. Super happy to hear you are able to significantly cut down on them without too much of a problem. Thanks for posting on the thread and I look forward to hearing more great news of how well you're doing. Maybe one day, we can set up a meet and greet in your area and set out on a hike with you
