    Thanks Paul. I have my "Stay put" bonus papers in hand, but everything else is relying on the people who say it, I agree with you, if I had it in writing I'd be MUCH more comfortable.

    Thank you for the input Jeff. I trust leadership...but I don't trust our ownership. Our owner seems to make decisions in a brash and irrational manner (IE everyone above my level has been replaced within the last 12 months....some of them replaced twice, including the President & CEO).

    You're choice in today's economy would really stress me. With the Elections only a few months away, I don't think there are very many that know what's going to happen in Oct/Nov/Dec. my advice: 1. look at the current and projected demand in your field. 2. Look at what management above you is doing. Rats in the mineshaft analogy often is true.
    Thank you for the response. All of management is moving...their contract requires them to stay there for 18 months, but I don't see anyone putting their houses on the market.

    Sit down with your family..make a list of cons and pros...go from there
