    Default Chick-fil-A

    What's going on?

City's telling a private company to get out because of the company's president is against same-sex marriage!?

    Boston mayor to anti-gay-marriage Chick-fil-A: stay away - chicagotribune.com

Who cares how you feel about the issue of same-sex marriage, I really don't want to know unless you REALLY think it has something to do with the issue - what I want to know is; how you feel about government telling private company's what their moral values should be.

You think if the Owner of Barns and Noble (big book retailer) were to be a Jew and didn't want to sell Mein Kampf, we should force the store to carry it? NO! Why? Because its a private company and not a library!

Well that's my rant - maybe I am not thinking clearly - but it seems as stupid as someone opposing government interfering in healthcare but then lobbying that abortion should be illegal???

    What do you think?

It seem to me that the city of Boston it's setting it self up for a big lawsuit. Can't discriminate for freedom of speech. Double O

I think it's crap that people find things to nick pick about and who cares, same sex marriage or abortion is about choice everyone just looks down at them because it's in the bible not to do such acts But that's my two cents.

I think it's crap that this site is turning into a huffington post rather than a straight razor site.

Objectively speaking, this is a business decision, both by the Mayor of Boston and the owners of Chick Fil A. They both feel it furthers their standing with the people they represent to say what they said.

Putting this nicely as I like both of you,,

Its just one self proclaimed moralist trying to one up another. After all it is an election year and every politician is trying to put one special interest or another(if not all) into their pocket, after the election they forget all about those who voted them in and continue to pander for prestige, power and money. Nothing to see here really. Just a bunch of crap to divide the country and keep it conquered. After all both side of the political spectrum are owned and controlled by the same people at the top, money.

I don't think high profile people (or any people for that matter) have any business sharing their personal beliefs in the open court of 'social media' - especially when they are clearly designed to be inflamatory. By the way as someone who had never heard of 'Chick-Fil-A' prior to the controversy - it's probably the worst company name I have ever heard!
