The streets of Chicago must be all cleaned up if this is the Mayors big project?
Never mind the countless homeless in the city, or the crime, get the bad chicken man lol
Chick Fil A is some tasty food, no reason to shut down an establishment (eliminate jobs), just for the owners religious beliefs. Then again, Chicago is know for its upstanding and morally right city government (insert corruption here).

So I was listening to Boston Radio (AM1030) the other night and the host was talking another this letter.
He summed up the letter from Boston's mayor quite well "We're so tolerant in Boston that we won't tolerate your company for the sole reason that we disagree with you".
I doubt CFA would try this but I would love to see them try to open in Boston, get turned down in the permitting process then take the letter and get the ACLU to represent them due to religious discrimination. It would be epic trolling and the ACLU would hate themselves for having to represent CFA. I would end up with a serious case of the lols

It's hot air and posturing. Chick Fil A has no official policy that discriminates against the LBGT community, nor has any jurisdiction refused through any action the right for the parent company to operate a franchise. No line's been crossed, nothing here that's actionable in the court system. It boils down to voting with your dollars as to whose side you're on.
They won't be getting any of my income. I'd love to take a stand and say I support individual choice, but the fact of the matter is there isn't a CFA near me to begin with.
Although I'm pretty sure Chick Fil A actively discriminates agains vegans.

I just heard about this today. I don't ordinarily eat in 'fast food' joints but they've got a steady customer now ..... if I can find one near me. YMMV
