Umm....Not sure how to answer that Don. I don't believe yer ghoulies are goin anywhere ? I also don't beleive there will be a moritorium at that point on carnal activities , although conterparts may be semi scarce or a little preoccupied with blowin away zombies. But I'll not get in your way.I'm gonna have me some bacon though and yer more'n welcome to share in the porcine feast as bacon may start to get scarce at that juncture. I would hate to die with out my last meal O bacon.......I mean.. we are talkin bacon here dude ! BLT before blown brains in my book ha ha !

Okay ............way off topic here now,so I just wanna finish with this and get back on track.....I think it would be so much more fun if instead of head shots...Jewel shots would be the order of the day for the male Zombies.Imagine the looks on their poor dead faces. How embarrassing for a Zombie would that be ?!! Twisted.... but hilarious !!! Okay done now....back to topic at hand !!

Well it was a bit dull today, road wise, but it had it's moments. The first shot was taken today in the 'Big Smoke', A place known as the 'Valley' or 'Chinatown' depending on weather or not your in the bit that has copius Asian shops around or not. The bit that hasn't is called 'The Valley'. The Valley is always interesting as you can see from the second shot taken just a little further up the road from the first...Haven't seen such nice...cheeks all that often.

Mrs Sailor had a ladies weekend at Stockholm. So while driving to harbor to get wifey back home i stopped and took a quick pic of a riverside at sundown.

The steamer in the middle is Bore III (ex Borea, Vanderbild, Kristina Regina). Nowadays a motel, restaurant and pub.

The frigate behind is Suomen Joutsen (Finnish Swan). ex Navy schoolship, nowadays a museum. My grandfather used to serve there between 1936-37. He visited at least in Oporto (Portugal), Dakar (Senegal), Ciudad Trujillo (nowadays Santo Domingo), vera Cruz (Mexico), Havanna (Cuba), New York (you must know that place) and Oslo (Norway) with this old lady.

And tower in the right is from the castle of Turku. Built about 1200 or so.

This reminds me of a mature student and former merchant marine sailor in a colleague's class in St Andrews who introduced himself in a beautiful Perthshire accent thus:

"Hello. My name is John. I come from Perth, and I once stole a parrot from a brothel in Bilbao."

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

I have driven lots in Canada and the US but never saw such a large road kill. Not hit by a vehicle but taken down by lions apparently. Makes a moose look small.
