    Pretty busy yesterday, not much time to mess around. Had a few minutes in Strawn, TX to grab some pics.
    Abandoned old Bankhead Hotel & Apts. Somebody has refreshed the old sign.


    No idea what this was. I'll try to find out next time I'm out that way.


    Old Chevy truck


    Another old building reverting back to its elements.


    The backside of the competition to the famous Mary's Cafe. Mary's pretty much keeps Strawn on the map. Good grub. A former employee decided to strike out on her own and set up shop across the street from Mary's. Looks like the kitchen burned. Mary's has no more competition except for a kolache/burger joint.


    Still trying to figure out what this place was in its heyday. Just N of town on SH16.

    It looks more like a test cell for water boarding.



    ........you get caught taking pictures of it,, you might just find out what it is..
