This guy passed me going 75 in a 60 in a heavily patrolled section of a small town. I guess he just didn't care

That's what....120kph in a 100?
Highway speed limits around here are between 80-100kph and police typically don't bother you if you're going 20 over.
In town is a different story though.

Just snapped these pics during my short hike. This is a nature trail that I run and walk on with a small fishing pond. The bear is from Sandpoint, Idaho which sounds vaguely familiar. The temp was 15F/-9.4C so I told him to put his shirt on!
