I usually take a few pictures when I'm out and about around my home town of Merthyr Tydfil South Wales, mostly when walking the dog, here's few I've taken over the years.

Here are a few from last weekend when I was down in the Adirondacks. I had hoped to take more but was waylaid by a nasty cold that still hasn't let go. These don't really do it justice as it is a very beautiful part of the world to visit at this time of year.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Rattled around NW Palo Pinto county today. I'll have to find out what this was. It burned in one of the fires last year.

The fireplace was in the basement.....

WIND POWER!... Sore spot with me. Hugely subsidized industry that is TOTALLY screwing up the horizons. Damn things are noisy too.

Great idea, too bad it can't stand alone without massive infusions of taxpayer money.

A "prickly pear" sliced in twain for your enjoyment. I didn't eat it.

    Moo.

This little fart came up to the fence to see what I was doing.

LOL - that donkey looks like he was shot threw the head lol.

Fireplace in the basement is the most efficient place to have it. Bet it kept the floors nice and warm too lol.
