People that defend themselves, are not always looked upon favorably in court, we have a "Submit and Live" mentality in the US when it comes to street crime, people that don't submit mess with the system so be careful when you choose to "stand your ground"...

Danged if you do and danged if ya don't. It's so frustrating that people in this country feel so obsessed about controlling how others defend themselves that they elect officials to strong arm those same people by rule of law (and at the end of an officer's barrel) into a helpless state
