It's crazy how money is separated globally. I'm all for capitalism but why not put salary caps on earnings based on total company value etc? We do it with sports teams, why not do it with corporations. Anyhow, at the end of the day, greedy capitalists that have nobodies interest but their own are reaping the benefits.

I really don't know what the answer is but I do know if we all stopped spending so much money on war, trillions for you Yanks and billions for us Canucks, our countries might be in a better financial situation. Remember, I'm in the military and strongly believe in protecting our borders but.....

Anyhow, the global monetary system is so flawed and broken that we might all have to go bankrupt before we figure things out. After the rich collect all our money and we have none left to give them... right?

If we implement more profit sharing and distribute the money more equally things might be better. Right now there is such a vested interested in keeping people poor and sick that there is no real reason to change.

I'm rambling? Yes. Did I make any sense? I hope so.

    Rambling... nah!

Bonus as a form of incentive is what your first idea is called. Putting a ceiling on wages is a good idea - kind of. If a co wants to hire a super ceo - the cap might be an issue - though it shouldn't be.

Army's are sometimes considered an economic branch to help promote uh... will .

The global monetary system is not broken - at all lol. Hard to understand - yes.

Corporations as a whole are relatively new. In our country's, they are beholden to their stock holders. In Europe they are beholden to their stakeholders. It's a huge difference - well see how the future pans out.

You are not rambling or making any more or less sense than anyone else. Gonna be a thrill ride for sure in the next while, so buckle up and assume the crash position.

Construe that as jealousy if you will but it is not of their wealth but of their ability to shirk their responsibility to contribute equitably. No sense of entitlement there other than a sense that they are entitled to and should pay their fair share. The rub is what is a fair share? Everyone has a different idea on that.

The rules are the same for everyone,, That cannot be denied... there is no special secret tax code that they get that you can't have...

Oh Geez, I'm not sure about that Glen. Have you looked into how much money is currently sitting in offshore banks? That's all 'income' that should be getting taxed but isn't.

Quote "Overall, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development claims that offshore banks globally hide some US$5 trillion to US$7 trillion from tax authorities, or about eight per cent of the world’s assets under management. Moreover, an estimated US$11.5 trillion is being stashed in offshore accounts worldwide for one purpose or another. The U.S. government claims it loses US$100 billion a year in tax revenue because of undisclosed tax-haven bank accounts."

Sounds both special and secret to me.

You can do the same thing... Those loopholes are in the Tax code, and they hire the smartest accountants money can buy to take the most advantage of them... That is not "Wrong"

Do you or do you not use every Tax deduction that you can ??? if not then that is yer own fault

Illegal is a different thing altogether and then the Tax code means nothing

Every legal tax deduction that the government has deemed i am entitled to. No shady loopholes to shelter my income because i'm greedy.
