My new neighbor has two pit bulls. They like to dig under the fence. My wife is afraid of pit bulls and they acts very aggressively when them come into our yard.

The city refuses to come out unless we capture the dogs. We have talked to the neighbors several times, they simply refuse to believe that their dogs act in any was aggressively.

They acted aggressively toward me until I pointed a gun at them and then they went back under the fence.

The neighbor won't even bother to refill the holes the dogs have dug. We have done so numerous times.

We have fought them to a standstill by adding crushed Habanieros to the dirt. We have also banged their noses a few times when they stuck them under the fence.

I'm sure we have had at lease one cat if not two killed by them. I don't want to shoot them.
