Thanked: 369I'm just sayin', it's too bad that $0.50 of lead didn't save us the $$$ that this will cost us, on top of all of the carnage and misery already brought on by one stupid, senseless and selfish act of cowardice.

interesting tid bit about the older brother i have not saw until earlier today ..
apparently the FBI interviewed the older brother cause they thought he had interest in Islamic Radicals but couldnt prove it .. ( taken from the article) "This is an issue they've had in the past. They interviewed Carlos Bledsoe in Little Rock, Ark., before he shot up an Army recruiting station in 2009. They were also looking into Major Hasan Nadal before the Fort Hood shootings. " sounds like they F.B.I. has more to worry about then why there was garbage cans at the finish line of the race like stated in earlier findings ..
glad its all over and people can be less fearful in the community , sadly with everything that is going in in all the country's of the world i think its pretty safe to say that this wont be the last and will be an on going thing !

Again, I don't mean to be confrontational Jimbo. But there is a lot more than the rule of law that separates us from this kind of scum. I don't need laws to keep me from doing what he'll be charged with. Sure. He'll get his trial in this country your innocent until proven guilty.....in the court of law. The court of public opinion is another matter. It's about having standards. And I sincerely believe it's time we start demanding it of each other and stop waiting for our castrated governments to do it for us. I'm in no way suggesting that people start lynching one another but start calling things the way they are.

well they are gonna deal with this case under the federal terrorism act( last i heard ) .. this will take the case out of Massachusetts jurisdiction , Massachusetts don't have the death penalty but if tried under the terrorism act the death sentence can be given !!

I still prefer to have a trial first, even in cases where I think the suspect is guilty as hell.
It's what sets us apart form them. And it saves on embarrassing situations like this:

Also don't forget that until now, all we have are media reports.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 369I have to agree with another poster that there is MUCH more than laws and trials that set most of us apart from fanatic imbeciles like these bombers. I disagree that were it not for the rule of law we'd all be running a muck raining havoc on each other. The law prescribes punishment for those who violate, but does not prevent the violation.

My deepest condolences to those who suffered in this mindless and crazy Boston bombings.
I think i should wait until i hear further comments from authorities about this case. I hope we shall do, as it might be possible as well that we never hear the whole story as it really was.
From the news i saw that Russia has already given a helping hand to USA in the fight against terrorism. It is just i'm afraid that it will be Tsetniki people suffering some more, like they hadn't already suffered enough. Unlike Afganistan or Irak, they have no much oil, gas or strategic location so it's a forgotten war with a lot of dead innocent people. Orphans. Casual damages.
Now, thank to these two idiots, Tsetnik people will suffer some more in the name of the anti-terrorist laws.
Meanwhile we got some more cameras, authorities with unlimited power working above the law. What a wonderful world.
