Unfortunately. I'm hoping they try him in federal court. No death penalty in Mass AFAIK. Federal court could still sentence him to the death he so richly deserves. Originally Posted by Jimbo

Color me the most surprised man on the planet that they took this kid alive. I myself advocate putting him on the next thing smoking to Gitmo. Not that I have an ounce of sympathy for this rat bastard but the kid looks like he's 12.

Yeah, I was just speaking from the heart. As far as I'm concerned, he ignored the rule of law and gave up most of his rights when the bomb went off. I'm sure I'll be lambasted for my posts. The one in custody is young, 19 I believe? Once under interrogation I suspect they'll scare the sh*t out of him and he'll spill all the beans. He'll probably blame all on his 26 year old older brother. Then what? Life in prison? Death penalty for a 19 year old? Years of appeals. Years of care in prison.
