Mate! Instructions??? Are you talking about those teeny bitty words that are so small that even with my bi-focals I can't read?? OH! I did get a magnifying glass out to read them but they still don't tell you how to operate the F'ing thing. They only 'presume' that you know what you are doing in the digital world!

And who says we don't have any fun around here??????????

Reminds me of " Game of Thrones"

I presented her with her great grandfather’s straight attached to a single rose wrapped for presentation while on one knee and said; “ Sheila, I present you your great grandfather’s straight razor, and then to witness her tenderly caress the cleaned and polished scales and then gently open the oiled blade and say Oh My God! Nice work on the razor, Roy.

I'm confused about the part where you said your project is in the garbage... ?

Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

Nice work Roy! Cool razor, interesting that the fancy scales are one sided.

    Thanks for the compliment Eric!

For those that don't know, Eric is the one who took time from his very busy life to help this old redneck country boy learn the ropes with using a straight razor and I will always be in his debt!

Back to your inquiry; I 'was' going to make smoked sausage while I was on vacation, but due to lack of communication, the frozen pork shoulder that I'd put in the ice chest to safely thaw didn't get ice put over and around it on day two of thawing. When I went to use it, I found it in the danger zone for food poisoning and I threw it in the garbage to be on the safe side!!

It's always better to be safe than sorry! I've got more in the freezer, there will come another time!
