    Thanx for the extra pics. Nice save. Just couldn't tell by looking side on.

    Basd on the original condition you have the right to do whatever you want with that blade. It's easy to get too precious with these old things - at the end of the day they are just chunks of metal that were mass produced.

    I like the outcome and hope it shaves well.

    Thanks for the info , Silverloaf, very attractive . Have u thought about doing a video? I'm a glassblower, and do similar work on glass pieces. Jim
    I have thought about doing videos, but there are other members that do videos that are far superior to anything I could accomplish. ive seen some interesting blown glass pieces, very inspiring pieces for sure! its always fun to find different things in life to draw inspiration from. im always blown away by the ideas my oldest brother comes up with for designs, logos, etc. I like taking different materials and seeing whats "trapped" inside them, especially different woods. theres so much variety that every piece has something unique, very fun to experiment with
