Spectacular craftsmanship.
Thank you for sharing your etching technique.My father was an engineer. He used to tell me that sharpening a straight razor is like trying to build a ladder to the moon out of a roll of aluminum foil.

i had a go, its hard to scratch the etching out of the nail polish neatly. any secrets?

Follow subject of eaching impovement, I made restoration of one more st8 razor.

This proces was made about 5-6 times during restoration job.
