Just had time to work on this one a little before calling it a night.Got it profiled and started a ruff grind.

Ok had to do maintenance on the snow machines today so we can get out to the homestead tomorrow night so I didn't have a lot of time in the blade shop.I did finish ruff grinding,tapered the tang rounded the spine and jimmped the thumb section of the spine.heat treat tomorrow.Attachment 225704Attachment 225705Attachment 225706Attachment 225707Attachment 225707

Couldn't stop myself once I had the file in my hand.Jimped the top of the tang to match the thumb saddle.Then added a rope pattern to the tang.
