    Well that is a standard length, so it must be original from the factory. Looking at it I'm even more convinced then I ever was that these notches are to facilitate trimming under and around the nostrils. Those of us that have a mustache, and don't just let it grow wild, know what I'm saying.

    Yes, this was a style of point that has a number of examples floating around.

    Very nice work once again, inlay transfer, pinning, very professional work. These Wade & Butcher with the little bit longer skinny tails sure are from that time period. Enjoy!
