I have a weakness for smiling blades with the same profile in the spine. Very impressive. I hope it is only the first of many.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 953that's beautiful, and I particularly like the smile. I have an Engstrom with a smile like that (it's 5/8 full hollow, so it's a very different animal, but it has the same constantly arcing smile), and it's really fun to hone and really fun to shave with. So that puppy will be really cool when you get the steel right.

Thanked: 953that blade would go good with one of those bone handles you do. kind of a prehistoric blade with a dead animal bone.

Magnifico !!
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
