    Good point!

    Perhaps I shouldn't say center of gravity balance, but rather most comfortable grip balance point.

    Without the scales, the center of gravity is definitely toe heavy. I put the thumbnotch in the location that feels best when grasping the razor, with the fingers how I like them during a shave. which is what is shown in that pic.

    With my Tally Ho, I put the thumbniotch a bit too far forward, which generally means that I have all four fingers on the razor, three in front of the scales, and the pinky back on the monkey tail.

    I generally prefer the three finger on top grip.

    Cool, much better than the original scales. The shape and color fits the razor very well.
