    The alternating spinework came out great! I tried something like that, and failed. The combined angles, etc are very hard to pull off well. You nailed it!

    The overall shape of the razor is great, and the scales are completely off the hook!

    yeah, I used a dremel bit similar to this:



    and i marked out 1/4" squares along the spine, then drew out 45 degree angle lines, like this:



    and I tried to remove jsut the sharpie marks
