That is great piece of work. Everything about the blade and scales work together as a whole. The colors and the contrasts between them; the subtle interplay of shine and flat surface have produced a GEM.

Absolutely beautiful! Thiers Issard's french pointed blade with decorated spine is on my list of razors to own in my lifetime. That and a seven-day set in buffalo horn. I figure if I buy the wife a 10-day cruise in the bahamas, maybe she won't be so sour on the day I buy those.
