That is a beauty of a razor, The surface finish looks great.
I appreciate you ideas on making a mock-up of the razor, That is some pretty smart thinking.

I love it! Great lines and the thumbnotch/tang area actually looks quite comfortable to grip. Excellent all around! Only thing I find is when making scales with indents towards the pivot tend to be hard to strop.
