    Default W&B with new pants

This one is all set to go home across the pond.

The blade was hand sanded and buffed, with Bubinga scales and bone wedge. We went with Tung Oil as the finish (which is fine by me because I think it really makes the grain on Bubinga pop)

Honed it this afternoon and shaved with it just about an hour ago. Really nice. I love W&B's.

At the risk of sounding ridiculous...there are some things you take for granted. For instance, at home I have a light box (made from tissue paper and a wine box). At the cottage (where I am now) I have no light box. I wish I had my light box. It makes pictures fun instead of frustrating.

    Thanks for looking!

Great job on the scales, beautiful shine on the blade.

That looks fantastic! But may I suggest you not use your Cuban Cohiba as a prop, it makes us boys in the States a tad jealous.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

Really nice work MAXI. That W&B looks incredible.

I really need some Wood Scales.

Lovely. I just won an Ebay auction for a beat-to-hell W&B, and will be looking for someone to help spruce it up a little when it finally gets here.

I managed to tear my eyes off that Cohiba long enough to glance at the razor-- but given the oppurtunity, I don't know which one I would choose.

Love the Tung oil finish on that timber, and a magic finish on the blade. Very nice.
