    Very nice!

Can you tell me what this means "Finished with wipe-on poly, acrylic backed"?

I get that it means that you wiped on the finish just as one would with shellac or oils or whatever. Acrylic backed is the part I'm unclear on. I understand the "poly"urethane part.

    Thanks.

The wood is backed with acrylic and finished with wipe on poly.

That's just straight up classy. No fuss, no muss, just plain elegant. Nice one!
