Thanked: 1263That turned out very nice. The triple stacked pins go great with that wood any your finish is amazing.

This was a fun one. Challenging in some ways but fun.
I wish I did ( Malacoda) know what the meaning of the script is. Whatever it may be it certainly is nice to look at. I've tried photographing it closer but for some reason my camera keeps having trouble focusing on it. May be reflection,, light metering ( I'm not a photographer by any stretch) but I'll keep trying. It's pretty cool and detailed.

Thanked: 67Amazing job. The choice of wood, the shape and the stacked washers all really go well together, and I wouldn't have believed it possible to get that finish on a rusty blade without destroying the etching. Brilliant.

I don't know about brilliant,, but I do know it was tedious. Magnifiers strapped to my head,, my nose on the blade,,,ache in my back,,,fussing here,, fussing there. I complain,, but you know I loved it! And just too stupid to cry "Uncle".
