Heirloom W&B + Ivory J. Rodgers
Owner of this razor sent it to me - it was his great grandfathers. His hope was to have a serviceable razor.
These two Ivory Rodgers got unpinned and cleaned up thoroughly
Hope everyone is having a good week!!!

Thanked: 118Hey, those are mine! I did shave with the heirloom W&B this morning. It was a great shaver and the new scales balance it wonderfully. I only wish it had jimping on the tang as that smooth Sheffield steel scares me a bit. I asked Brad to remove the rust but save as much etching/stamping as possible. It is truly remarkable how much is now visible; I could only make out "The" on the blade and the arrow on the tang before! I also love the patina left, I think it helps show the age and character of the blade. The replacement scales are exactly like the original in size and shape. Brad did an outstanding job and I recommend him to any and everyone!
