oaky, okay....first.. gun [I]oil[I]not gun powder.
Second - keep your Emu Ed.... XXXX Gold is a bit rubbish, but the Bitter tastes a mile better than Emu P**s.

Listen to you two bickering over Japanese beer would ya?! Both brands are made by the Lion Company which is owned by the Mitsubishi Group. Yer drinking the same stuff as each other . Go out and find yourselves a decent Aussie (English if you insist on it Ed) brew each and report back when you find a good one.

I seriously doubt that I will find a really good Aussie beer, I have had some pretty good ones but no really outstanding ones.
And emu is still better than 4x

Brookvale union does some very nice beers, and their ginger beer is one of the best I've ever had. Theres another aussie ginger beer that is great but I cant remember the name exactly, something like matsoes.

Yeah, matsos does a mango beer too, it's nice but more than one is too much. They are based in broome. There are a few microbreweries around margret river that make fairly nice beer too.
