Slap your wrist Carl! Why didn't you pick up "a few months ago"?!?!

I know, I should have, funds were tight and I got an old Gillette instead :-)

Nice work people Now if only antique shops weren't trying to artificially inflate the price of average condition versions similar under the guise of 'rarity'. I've paid more for a bottle of beer than that Bengall cost.

WTF! There's someone else from ADELAIDE on here! Hi there! My antique shop has NO idea. I couldn't read the price on the Gillette DE and when I asked if it was 10 dollars or 40 dollars he replied "FORTY dollars, goodness no, I'd NEVER sell it for that..."

The old girls at the antique shop I used to visit would happily try to flog it off for $40 if you asked that question, and if you didn't buy it then, you'd come back and see a fresh new $50 price tag attached to it...

Well, more than one is enough for a meet up but there's actually only about three of us I think, maybe four. It is possible to check the database but it may not tell you who is active. The other guy lives out at Tanunda...
